One God, One Bible and One Jesus!
Author: Ed Krusiewig

One God, One Bible, One Jesus!

Contrary to what some believe, there is only one true God! And that is the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. There is also only one Bible, given to man by revelation from God. And there is only one Jesus, the Son of God! Anything beyond this is an idol, a creation of man, or just a plain and simple flat out lie!

Bible Accuracy!

The Bible is the only 100% accurate recording of future predictions. All of these future predictions are called “prophecies.” The Old Testament was written approximately between 1450 BC and 430 BC. During that time, God’s prophets recorded many predictions of the future in the Bible. There are approximately 2500 prophecies in the Bible. Of the events that were to have taken place by now, every one happened just the way they were predicted. No other “sacred writing” has such perfectly accurate predictions of the future. Some of the prophecies were written down at least 400 years before they happened, giving us very strong evidence that the Bible’s writers were inspired supernaturally - by God. Since the prophecies are for the most part independent of one another, the odds for all these prophecies having been fulfilled by chance without error is less than one in 10 (that is a 1 with 2000 zeros after it)! This proves without doubt that the Bible is God's Word. People that add or subtract to God's Bible are creating their own bible, gods and religion. If every one of the Bible’s predictions has come true so far, how can we doubt that the Bible's predictions for future events will not also come true? How can we doubt that the Bible is not God's Word?

Was Jesus the Messiah?

There were over 300 prophecies in the Bible that referred to who the Messiah would be. The Messiah would have to fulfill each and every prophecy in order to be the actual Messiah, and that is exactly what Jesus did. You may say that this is just a coincidence, but let's take a closer look.

In order to fulfill only 8 of the 300 prophesies the odds would actually be one in 10 power, or 1 in 100,000,000,000,000,000 (That's 17 zeros). It would be the same as covering the entire state of Texas with silver dollars two feet deep, marking one of them red, then mixing them up and having a blindfolded man pick one at random selecting the right one the first time!

No mortal man could have ever fulfilled all 300 of the prophecies. In fact they couldn't have even fulfilled 8 of them. The odds of doing this are astronomical. So how did Jesus manage to fulfill all 300 prophecies? It's simple; Jesus is the Messiah! Jesus is the one and only Son of God who came not to condemn the world, but to save the world through Him. (John 3:17)

One of the prophecies was that the Messiah would ride into Jerusalem on a donkey and loud voices would say, "Blessed is the King who comes in the name of the Lord!" (Luke 19:38). Now anyone can certainly ride into Jerusalem on a donkey, but try and get the people to shout that you are coming in the name of the Lord. I doubt this would happen. Then why do the Jewish people to this very day reject Jesus as the Messiah? Guess what, it was one of the prophesies, (Isaiah 53: 1-3).

Fulfilling only 8 of the prophecies would have been impossible for any mortal man. But Jesus did it, proving beyond any doubt that He is the Son of God, the Messiah and our Savior. Then wouldn't it also stand to reason that every word that Jesus spoke while here on earth was God's Word, the absolute truth?

(John 14:6) Jesus said, "I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me." The "Father," (Singular) not fathers (Plural) confirming that there is only one God! No one comes to the Father except through Me means exactly what it says, no one! There is nothing physically that you can do to earn your salvation and eternal life with God, because it's a free gift from God (Ephesians 2:8), however you must accept it. How do you accept this free gift? (Romans 10: 9-10) That if you confess with your mouth, "Jesus is Lord," and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart you believe and are justified, and with your mouth that you confess and are saved. It's that simple. Will you accept God's gift of eternal life now? If your answer is yes, then simply say the following prayer out loud and you will be saved.

Father in Heaven I love you
I confess that I am a sinner
I believe that Jesus was your Son
And that He died on a cross as payment for my sins against you
And on the third day You raised Him from the dead
I pray this in Jesus name, Amen!
